The Tri- County Ride, Ox's and A Recumbent

Saturday August 8th

Two of my riding buddies, Blake, Ron and I decided to do an off the book ride that included Mercer, Hunterdon and Somerset County.  There are a lot of country roads in these counties and it was a awesome ride.

All throughout the ride we heard the sounds of Cicada bugs that are common ( at least every seven years for one variety) in NJ

Here is a link where you can read all about them.

Here are some more ox's I have found on my rides over the past few days.

One last photo that I would like to share is a recumbent bike that was on the ride on Friday.

It's a unique recumbent in that is has 650 Zipp wheels which are smaller than conventional 700 Zipp's
